Gras Savoye Polska has a claims monitoring department which supports our Clients in the event of a loss occurrence. Moreover, it also provides such services to non-Client entities requiring assistance in this area.
Gras Savoye Polska’s experienced employees offer professional assistance during the entire claim handling process. Our department performs the following:
- receives a claim notification
- establishes an inspection date
- assists in the collection of claim documents and analyses them
- monitors the insurer’s activities
- renders consultancy services in the scope of claims handling and loss prevention
- carries out appeal proceedings in the event of a refusal to pay indemnity
