Assistance

Pol-Assistance has its own Assistance Department employing several dozen staff. It services programmes in the technical, medical and legal assistance fields. The department has its own:

•  24 h call-center and help desk
•  Several dozen qualified operators
•  Network of correspondents in almost every country of the world
•  Possibility of current control of the assistance department’s work via our in-house internet application

The Assistance Department carries out more than 80 000 service actions annually.

Entities which cooperate with Pol-Assistance on the territory of Poland:

•  2 100 repair shops
•  1 000 roadside assistance companies
•  450 car rental companies
•  300 hotels and guest houses

The correspondents’ network outside Poland numbers over 50 000 companies.

Pol-Assistance has been a member of International Assistance Group (IAG) for more than three years. International cooperation enables the exchange of experience and knowledge, implementation of new solutions and a constant improvement in the quality of services.
